The newly built Patidar House comprise many facilities for Corporate, Entertainment, Social and Educational hire.
Patidar House is a five story building which comprises of :
- A Theatre with 243 seats, performance stage, cinema screen and lecture facility.
- Dance Studio, Music Studio for rehearsal and teaching space.
- Arts Gallery for exhibition etc.
- Arts and Music library.
- Multipurpose Banqueting Hall with seating capacity of 200 people. Kitchen facility as well.
- Room for Senior Citizens Day Centre.
- Child Care Nursery for 2 to 5 years and baby unit for 6 months to 2 years old children.

Friday & Saturday: 8:00am to 23:30
We have different types of Rooms which can be used for different small parties, rehearsals, professional meetings a Multipurpose Hall(Banqueting Hall) which can be used for big conferences and different parties like birthday party, wedding party, reception party etc. or social event like wedding, puja, competitions, workshops, get-to-gather etc.
We also have an Auditorium which can be used for drama, dance competitions, music concert etc.
