KATHAK WORKSHOP AND PERFORMANCE BY MAULIK SHAH
Renowned Kathak exponent Maulik Shah stands foremost among the outstanding male dancers of India not only for his exceptional command & authority over his medium; but also for his innovative approach in presentation. Maulik Shah is a disciple of an eminent dancer and choreographer Padma Bhushan Smt. Kumudini Lakhia. He is a dancer who has been successful in keeping, nurturing and mastering the age-old tradition of Kathak dance and bringing in a newer approach and vision to the dance which will take the art form further.
Workshop timings and details:
Dates: Monday 9th June to Friday 13th June
Timings: 6pm to 7.30pm: Students with 3 to 5 years of learning experience (grade 3 or 4)
7.30pm to 9pm: Students at advanced level (over 5 years of learning experience)
Fee: £75 per student for the full week
Venue: Patidar House, 22 London Road, Wembley HA9 7EX
